iFiniti Secondary Wholesaler

The iFiniti Secondary Wholesaler version has been designed for wholesalers whose customers are principally small retailers, restaurants, hotels, schools and nursing homes etc. Your customer orders are mainly received via voice mail.

You break open cases and consequently need to price items as each or by the kilo. Accurate pricing and stock control are a constant challenge.

Sales Order Entry

The sales order entry task of this version of iFiniti has been specifically designed to speedily input orders from voicemail. You can enter orders for relevant items by case, each or by weight. A feature we call factoring and because from the iFiniti perspective it is all the same item live stock-control becomes a reality. iFiniti automatically maintains customer favourites and highlights items accordingly.

This means that when a customer says I will have a dozen more of the apples I had the other day you will instantly know which items the customer is taking about.

Price Management

It’s not unusual for our clients to tell us that they have significantly improved their bottom line by virtue of iFiniti’s price management features alone. Once the price band structure is in place the pricing model is managed by manipulating an items nominal base cost.

This might be the same as the ‘Most Recent Cost’ or ‘Average Current Cost’ that iFiniti keeps tabs on from purchase orders but it doesn’t have to be. iFiniti also handles weekly pricing, contract pricing and last-minute pricing which collectively ensure you remain competitive but profitable.

Order Picking

Responding to feedback from our clients has led to iFiniti having, arguably, the most flexible comprehensive order picking functionality of all. For example:

  • Incrementally, for example only new orders since the last time the pick list was printed.
  • By location, for example only orders for items in the Dairy Fridge.
  • By item, for example only orders for bulk items like sacks of potatoes.
  • Whole boxes, for example only orders for whole boxes of items.
  • Split boxes, for example only orders for items less than a whole box.
  • Items to be weighed, for example only orders for items that are sold by weight.

Connected Touch Screen and Scales

If a reasonable proportion of your orders are for items that you sell by weight then the connected touch screen scales combo is for you. Basically, it saves the time and effort of having to manually amend the relevant orders.

Live Stock Control

You will always know exactly how much stock you have irrespective of whether you never sell less than a half pallet, only ever sell whole boxes or sometimes sell items each or by the kilo. There is even a wizard that prompts you what to order when.

Purchase Order Processing

iFiniti contains a full purchase order processing module which, as you would expect, integrates with the stock control module. Purchase orders are converted into Purchase Invoices via a reconciliation process and subsequently posted into a supported Purchase Ledger using a specially designed automated task.

Returned Goods Procedure

To ensure that returned goods or customer complaints are dealt with efficiently it is essential to have a fit for purpose returned goods/credit handling procedure. iFiniti contains just such a procedure. It doesn’t just handle it from the credit aspect it also handles it from the stock control traceability aspect as well.

Management Profitability Reports

A vital aspect of running a successful business is to know exactly who, where and what is generating your revenue. In this regard iFiniti contains numerous management reports. Profitability can be monitored by Customer, Supplier, Product, Vehicle and Customer Category.

Traceability/ BRC Accreditation

iFiniti customers have found obtaining and retaining BRC accreditation simple and straight forward. A strong feature of iFiniti is batch traceability. All purchases are fully accounted for and can be traced from the sale or purchase. If your business is thinking about bidding for local authority business such as schools you may well discover that you will not be considered unless you are able to prove traceability.
